Frozen Yogurt Bark with Cherry, Raspberry & Pistachio
Light, cooling and quietly indulgent, this frozen yogurt bark is a reminder that nourishment can feel effortless. A handful of ingredients, thoughtfully layered, create a dessert that supports balance rather than disrupts it.
Vanilla yogurt forms a smooth base, topped with cherries and raspberries for freshness and contrast. Crushed pistachio adds a subtle crunch, bringing balance to the natural sweetness.
Ingredients
(Serves 12 pieces)
700 g vanilla yoghurt
1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
1 cup raspberries, halved
3 tbsp pistachios, lightly crushed
Method
1. Line a flat tray with baking paper.
2. Spoon the yoghurt onto the tray and spread gently into an even layer.
3. Arrange the cherries and raspberries over the yoghurt.
4. Scatter with crushed pistachios.
5. Freeze until completely firm, approximately 3–4 hours.
6. Break into uneven pieces and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
