Ingredients

(Serves 1)

⅓ cup (40 g) rolled oats

½ cup (120 mL) unsweetened plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)

2 tbsp (40 g) light Greek yogurt

1 tsp honey (or to taste)

30 g chocolate protein powder

3 fresh strawberries, sliced

Method

In a jar or container, combine oats, protein powder, milk, yogurt, and honey.

Stir well until fully combined, adding a splash more milk if too thick or a spoon of yogurt if too runny.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

In the morning, give it a quick stir and top with sliced strawberries.
